After birth, our postnatal yoga classes provide a space to revive your body, mind a spirit & enjoy time with your baby! Our community classes are a great way to connect with other mothers in Luxembourg.

petit OM classes are designed for today’s modern families. We want kids to breathe, celebrate, and thrive through yoga and expressive activities and offer babies, toddlers, & kids yoga up to the age of ten years.

Sharing yoga with children promote confidence, focus and body awareness. Breathing and visualization techniques teach concentration, self-regulation, relaxation plant seeds of kindness, empathy, compassion, collaboration, community and self love.
